Start with In-person Training

Start your fitness journey in-person with your trainer. Learn the basics and get immediate feed back on form, body positions, how hard to exert yourself, what are the best exercises for your goal, stretching, etc. Use in-person training as your launching point to become independent.

Move to a Combo of In-person & Virtual

Once you’ve got the basics down and can gauge your efforts, you will start to move online to train virtually. This way you will have access to message with your trainer and follow your workout program. The IzzyFit Trainerize is easy to use and allows you to track your workouts, set personal records, and keep on track with your goals.

100% Remote

After you’ve mastered your in-person training and are becoming a pro at the online training, its time to take off the training wheels and go all virtual. With this part of the program, you have self-guided workouts, access to message with your trainer, and video chats with your trainer for regular check-ins, plus monthly in-person sessions to stay connected and up-to-date with technique and form.
